About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, physically capable Delivery Driver & Retail Associate to join our growing team. In this role, the majority of your time will be spent on the road — safely delivering and picking up rental merchandise to and from our customers' homes. When you're not behind the wheel, you'll support in-store operations, helping customers on the showroom floor and over the phone.

What You'll Do
Delivery & Logistics (Primary)
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport, deliver, and pick up rental merchandise — including large furniture such as bedroom and living room sets
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes in an efficient and timely manner
- Load, secure, and unload merchandise using proper lifting and handling techniques
- Represent the company professionally in customers' homes, ensuring a positive delivery experience
In-Store Support (Secondary)
- Assist walk-in customers on the showroom floor when not on delivery runs
- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with account inquiries
- Support sales functions including customer outreach and account management
- Help maintain showroom appearance and merchandise organization
What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and a minimum of 4 years of driving experience
- Physical Stamina — ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs.
- Dependability — punctual, accountable, and committed to completing all scheduled deliveries safely and on time
- Customer Focus — professional and courteous in both in-home deliveries and face-to-face interactions
- Adaptability — comfortable shifting between driving responsibilities and in-store duties as needed
