Duties
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts sales
- Identify heavy truck parts using catalogs and software systems
- Process orders, invoices, and returns
- Maintain organized inventory and stock levels
- Communicate with technicians, vendors, and customers professionally
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and effective negotiation abilities
- Experience with dealership operations including marketing strategies and retail sales techniques is preferred
- Experience in heavy-duty truck parts sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of diesel truck components and systems
- Good computer and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
