Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with precision machinery
Ability to read measuring instruments and understand dimensional requirements
Ability to learn cutting-tool geometry and grinding principles
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently after training
Machining, CNC, tool grinding, saw sharpening, or other precision manufacturing experience is a plus
