We're Not Looking for Just Another Installer.
We're looking for a Lead Installer who's ready to run the truck, own the job site, and set the standard for how installs get done in our company. If you've been the strongest hand on someone else's crew and you're tired of waiting your turn — this is your seat.
You'll lead a helper (or a full crew on bigger jobs) across a healthy mix of work: residential change-outs, new ductwork, full system swaps, and ductless mini split installs. No two days look the same, and that's the point.

What You'll Actually Do
- Lead residential and light commercial installs from truck-load to customer walk-through
- Install split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, and single & multi-zone mini splits
- Pull and modify ductwork — design tweaks, returns, supply runs, sealing, insulation
- Train and develop your helper — we want leads who build the next generation of techs
- Communicate with the customer like a professional (because that's how we keep them for life)
- Quality-check every job before you leave it. Your name is on it.
- Keep your truck stocked, clean, and inventory-accurate
What We Require (Non-Negotiables)
* EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
* Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean MVR — you'll be driving a company truck
*5+ years of lead-level HVAC install experience — residential and/or light commercial
* Ability to read and interpret installation manuals, line set diagrams, and electrical schematics
* Strong brazing, vacuum, and start-up skills
* Comfortable on ladders, in attics, and lifting 75+ lbs
* Pass a background check and drug screen

We just rolled out a piece work pay option for installers — because the best leads should be able to control their own income. Choose the pay structure that fits how you work:
Option 1 — Piece Work (Pay-Per-Install)
- Earn a set rate for every completed install
- The faster and cleaner you work, the more you make
- Top performers consistently out-earn hourly
- Quality standards still apply — callbacks come out of the install, so good leads love this model
Option 2 — Hourly
- $28–$35/hr DOE with guaranteed overtime opportunity
- Steady, predictable check — same pay whether the day runs long or short
