Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Engineering)

Job Summary:
Join our team and deliver Fairfield’s "Beauty of Simplicity." As a Maintenance Technician, you will keep our property safe, functional, and looking its best. You will handle routine repairs, guest room fixes, and preventive maintenance. Your work ensures a seamless, worry-free stay for our Marriott Bonvoy members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Response: Respond to guest room calls swiftly with warm hospitality.
- Work Orders: Complete daily repair tickets logged in the Quore system.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled PM cycles on guest rooms and HVAC units.
- Property Upkeep: Handle basic drywall repairs, painting, tiling, and carpentry, doors and lock maintenance.
- Systems Care: Monitor and fix minor plumbing leaks and electrical issues.
- Brand Compliance: Keep all public spaces up to Marriott Brand Standard Audit (BSA) metrics.
- Safety First: Follow Marriott’s Global Safety guidelines and lock-out/tag-out rules.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years of hotel or apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electricity.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to use smartphone apps to log work orders.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
