Schedule
Shifts run Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm, year-round. Full-time and part-time schedules are both available, and we can work with you on some flexibility when you need it. No nights. No weekends.
What you'll do
As a Front Line Team Member, you'll help guests from the moment they arrive until they leave with their order.

Welcome guests with a smile and a warm greeting

Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale system

Collect payments and handle transactions correctly

Prepare front-line items such as custard, shakes, sundaes, slushies, soft drinks, and other treats

Assist with the production of custard items

Learn the menu so you can answer questions and make recommendations

Keep your station clean, safe, stocked, and ready for the current shift and the next shift

Help with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning projects

Support teammates and complete other tasks assigned by management
