We are coffee roastery/ cafe in the Largo area that has been open for 2.5yrs. Our focus is to be professional, fun, and creative while our goal is to provide excellent service and build a welcoming relationship with our customers. What does D.O.D. stand for you might ask? Day Of the Dead! Unlike other coffee places our cafe is decked out in sugar skulls and mexican theme decor which it makes it very unique and fun place to work! We roast all our coffee in house and offer the best in town, just look at our reviews! Here you will truly learn about coffee, everything from where its from, how we roast, notes that each cup of coffee has, and so much more!

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Prep and stock all food items
- Follow recipes and guidelines for food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service
- Upsell additional products or menu items to customers
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF BARISTA EXPERIENCE.
- Pay includes base + tips. ( Base pay starts at $14) Please note starting pay for tipped employees in Florida is $10.98.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
