INTERIOR DESIGN SALES CONSULTANT
What it means to be an Interior Design Sales Consultant at QW Furniture:
You aren't just selling furniture; you are helping people curate the backdrops of their lives. Our clients look to us for expertise, taste and seamless execution. In this role, you will use your background in business, design, or communications to manage customer relationships from initial showroom greeting to final home delivery. No pushy sales tactics—just authentic consultation and exceptional service.
As an Interior Design Sales Consultant, your creativity and personability are your biggest sales tools. You will drive revenue by turning design opportunities into beautiful, fully-furnished realities for our clients across our showroom floor, virtual meetings, phone, webchat and email.
We are a local, family owned company looking for an energetic and outgoing person to fill this exciting role.
HAND CRAFTED FURNITURE
QW Furniture specializes in upper end, Hand Crafted Furniture. You can feel great about the quality and upstanding nature of the products we provide and the way we do business. You will never be asked to sell something of poor quality to an unobserving customer. We feel our merchandising creates an ideal environment for sales people and marketers to thrive! We provide all the training and support needed to set up everyone on our team for success.
HOW WE DO THINGS (Our Culture)
Our sales team members are not compensated via cutthroat direct commission. Instead, we utilize a sales commission share program that allows all of our team to work in lockstep together. Because of this, we enjoy a positive, collaborative culture with zero inter-staff commission conflict. Our team-based program allows all staff to reap the financial rewards of a busy, successful month, providing excellent "upside" compensation potential in a supportive environment.
