Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Extraction Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing extraction processes that transform raw materials into high-quality products, ensuring compliance with all safety and MED standards.
Duties
- Operate extraction equipment and machinery following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Handle and manage various chemical agents safely, adhering strictly to pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards and industrial chemical handling protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of extraction processes, batch records, and quality control data in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
- Assist with materials handling tasks including packaging, warehouse organization, and inventory management to support seamless production flow
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards such as respiratory protection protocols and forklift operation safety
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing environments
- Competence in chemical agent handling with a strong understanding of safety protocols including respiratory protection measures
- Experience operating machinery such as machining tools or packaging equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of MED regulations, laboratory procedures, and materials handling practices essential for maintaining product integrity
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while adhering to strict safety guidelines and quality standards
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
