We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is perfect for an RN who enjoys flexible hours, meaningful client interactions, and a supportive work environment.
Duties
- Complete initial assessments/admissions for new clients
- Perform 50–60 day supervisory visits
- Conduct in-home EVV visits (required), with occasional tel-visits or office visits when appropriate
- Review and update care plans
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families
- Document visits clearly and professionally
What You Bring
- Active Wisconsin RN license
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
