Essex County Primary Care is a phsyican owned family medicine practice in South Hamilton, MA. Our team provides timely, comprehensive, and compassionate care to care for patient's preventive, urgent, and chronic medical needs. Registered Nurse
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care measures
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment
Experience:
- Proficient in IV insertion techniques/lab draws/vaccination
- Knowledge of family medicine/pediatrics/internal medicine
- Experience working with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems
- Strong anatomy knowledge to assist in patient assessments

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
