Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Provider to deliver exceptional patient care in an outpatient wellness clinic. This role focuses on evidence-based treatments in hormone optimization, weight management, sexual health, and preventive wellness. Administrative responsibilities are largely handled by the clinic team, allowing providers to focus on patient care and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct new patient evaluations, review medical history, labs, and determine treatment eligibility.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and ongoing care.
- Monitor patient progress, review laboratory results, and adjust therapies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
- Perform in-office procedures such as PRP, ICI therapy, ESWT, and other treatments as trained.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in provider meetings and continuing education.
- Collaborate with clinic staff while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory standards.
QualificationsRequired
- Current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), or Naturopathic Doctor (ND) in the applicable state.
- Active DEA registration and state controlled substance authority.
- Ability to prescribe Schedule III controlled substances where permitted.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills.
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous learning.
Preferred
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
- Experience treating obesity with GLP-1 medications.
- Experience in men's and women's sexual health.
- Experience performing PRP, intracavernosal injections (ICI), or ESWT.
- Outpatient or private practice experience.
