Martin’s Caterers has immediate openings available at Valley Mansion for the following positions:
We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Martin’s offers competitive pay, flexible work schedules, and a beautiful working atmosphere.
Prep Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning food.
- Assist chefs with food preparation and banquet production.
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned.
Dishwasher Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen work areas.
- Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Remove trash and maintain clean waste disposal areas.
- Sweep and mop floors as needed.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and organization.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Availability to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous kitchen or food-service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
