Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing various HR functions, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Duties
- Manage human capital management processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and employee evaluation.
- Oversee benefits administration and HR sourcing.
- Coordinate performance management programs and assist with training & development initiatives.
- Support change management efforts and participate in organizational design and strategic planning activities.
- Administer workers' compensation claims and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies.
- Maintain accurate data collection and data entry related to HR metrics.
- Assist in affirmative action planning, succession planning, and workforce management strategies.
- Support recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate on projects involving HRIS updates, organizational development, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and contract administration.
- Experience in a Home Care setting a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle employee relations and conflict management effectively.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Administrative experience including data collection, data entry, social media management for employer branding purposes.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
