Follow all manufacturing instructions on formula batch sheet using proper compounding techniques to ensure product quality. Product Formulation from raw materials including but not limited to:
1. Compounding various liquid formulas and preparing emulsions used in product formulas.
2. Operation, Cleaning and Maintenance of processing equipment
3. Basic Understanding of Phoenix technology.
4. Understanding and performing picking and staging.
5. Understanding water systems (DI, RO etc)
6. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
7. Prior knowledge of filtration technologies are a plus.
8. Properly label all batches submitted to the lab for evaluation.
9. Utilize inventory lot rotation (FIFO) for all materials used.
10. Proper handling of Allergen products and equipment according to Allergen Control Procedures
Responsible for conformance to Food Safety and Food Quality Plans as described in the Kerry Clark SQF
11. Systems manual. Must report any and all deviations to a member of management and QA- and set product aside until further instructed.
12. Other duties assigned by Management
