We are seeking a reliable, versatile, and detail-oriented Property Maintenance & Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this combined role, you will work across our twin brands—NW Home Repair Solutions and NW Exterior Cleaning—delivering top-tier interior home repairs and professional exterior cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities Home Repair & Handyman Services (NWHRS)
- General Carpentry & Repairs: Install and repair doors, trim, baseboards, and cabinetry hardware.
- Drywall & Painting: Patch holes, fix cracks, and perform seamless interior/exterior painting and touch-ups.
- Minor Plumbing & Electrical: Swap out plumbing fixtures (faucets, sinks, toilets) and update basic interior lighting/hardware.
- Flooring: Perform minor repairs and installation for hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl flooring.
- General Maintenance: Complete miscellaneous "honey-do" lists, odd jobs, and basic outdoor improvements or minor landscaping.
Exterior Cleaning Services (NWEC)
- Pressure & Soft Washing: Safely operate commercial-grade pressure washers for driveways, patios, and decks, and apply low-pressure soft washing chemical treatments for roofs and siding.
- Window Cleaning: Perform streak-free residential window cleaning (interior/exterior) utilizing water-fed poles and traditional squeegee methods.
- Gutter Maintenance: Safely clear debris from gutters, flush downspouts, and tidy up rooflines.
- Property Care: Ensure proper pre-wetting and protection of landscaping and plants before applying any cleaning solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in general handyman work, residential home remodeling, or exterior property maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of basic carpentry, drywall patching, painting, plumbing fixtures, and safe operation of pressure washing equipment.
- Safety & Physical Fitness: Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and operating outdoor power equipment safely. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners.
- Reliability: A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation to navigate jobs across Skagit, Whatcom, and Snohomish counties.
- Mindset: A detail-oriented approach with an emphasis on keeping job sites clean and respecting customer property ("From Grime to Gleam").
