What You'll Do
As a Guest Service Representative you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest has a positive experience from arrival through departure by:
- Greeting guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Completing guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
- Answering phones and assisting guests with reservations, questions, and special requests
- Processing guest payments and maintaining accurate records
- Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and area services
- Responding to guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Working closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Assisting with additional operational duties, including breakfast, laundry, luggage assistance, and other guest service needs as business demands require
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software systems
- Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required
- Team player who is willing to assist wherever needed
