Senior Behavior Analyst
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD, including developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver comprehensive behavioral interventions
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need for individuals with ASD
Analyze data and develop recommendations for program growth and improvement
Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality care and support
Stay up-to-date with industry research and developments in ABA and ASD
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (or in progress)
Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with ASD in an ABA setting
APCA certification (BCBA or BCaBA) or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
