Position Summary
We are a well-established, growing automotive company specializing in premium vehicle customization and aftermarket upgrades. We are seeking an experienced Car Audio Manager to lead a high-performing installation team and help grow our custom electronics department. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about automotive technology, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of audio installation technicians.
- Manage daily shop workflow and technician scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure all installations meet the highest standards.
- Consult with customers to recommend audio and electronics solutions based on their goals and budget.
- Prepare accurate estimates and oversee project timelines from start to finish.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless vehicle scheduling and delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, order parts and materials, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Troubleshoot complex installation and electrical issues as needed.
- Establish and maintain installation procedures, safety standards, and department processes.
- Monitor department performance, labor efficiency, and profitability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in automotive audio and electronics installation.
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred
- Experience with luxury, European, exotic, or high-end vehicles.
- Knowledge of leading aftermarket audio brands and vehicle integration products.
- Fabrication experience is a plus.

Compensation: $85,000–$110,000+ annually, including performance-based bonus opportunities.

This is an in-person position based in the Greater Denver Area, CO. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
