Electro-Mechanical Assembler-Fabricator
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a skilled
Electro-Mechanical Assembler-Fabricator to join our team.
Pay: $20.00 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
Wiring experience is a plus and may qualify for higher pay.
Employment Type: Full Time
Classification: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with a start time between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM. Overtime and/or weekend work may be requested as needed to meet delivery schedules.

Job Responsibilities
- Form and solder soft metals.
- Perform mechanical assembly of microwave components, mag head assemblies, power supply chassis assemblies, and isolators.
- Assemble waveguide components and chassis assemblies.
- Set up, maintain, and organize the work area.
- Follow assembly drawings and established assembly procedures.
- Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong flame soldering skills.
- Familiarity with assembly drawings.
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly practices.
- Wiring experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
