Archadeck of Chicagoland is the region’s premier designer and builder of outdoor living spaces, including decks, screened porches, sunrooms, and pergolas. We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team and oversee the construction of our projects.
Signing bonus of $2,500 ($500 on first check, $1,000 after 60 days of employment and $1,000 after 6 months of employment).
We provide training, clear plans, daily communication, and treat our tradespeople like the critical part of our team they are. Each Lead Carpenter will be paired with an assistant to help on every project.
Must have pride in your work, be reliable, honest, and willing to work hard.
Background checks and references will be required.
Requirements:
- Minimal 1 year rough carpentry or deck experience
- Reliable truck or van, valid Driver’s License, and auto insurance
- Must have a full set of personal carpentry tools
- Ability to lift a minimum of 100 lbs.
- Premium pay for carpenters with at least 2 years of experience as lead carpenter building decks and/or porches - References required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
