Position: Receptionist / Personal Assistant

Pay: $22.50 per Hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
Position Summary
Panini Kabob Grill is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Receptionist / Personal Assistant to support daily operations at our corporate office. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, employees, and callers while also providing direct administrative and personal support to company ownership.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and willing to assist with a wide variety of tasks ranging from front desk responsibilities to supporting the day-to-day needs of company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Direct calls to the appropriate department, manager, or corporate team member
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up when necessary
- Assist callers with general company questions and provide basic information when appropriate
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, applicants, and employees
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Order, receive, and organize office supplies
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and general administrative duties
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules as requested
- Prepare beverages, meals, or refreshments as requested
- Assist with personal and business-related errands
- Organize deliveries, purchases, and miscellaneous items for company ownership
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Perform other duties as needed to support the corporate office and ownership
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, office assistant, administrative assistant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
