Position: Membership Sales Consultant Assistant Manager
We’re looking for a motivated leader who LOVES fitness and thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. As an Membership Sales Consultant Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in building strong member relationships, growing our community, and helping people take that life‑changing first step toward health and wellness.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Motivate
- Support and guide a team of fitness‑driven sales professionals.
- Bring out the BEST in your team through positivity, accountability, and energy.
Promote the Fitness Lifestyle
- Share your passion by implementing engaging outreach and marketing strategies.
- Introduce new members to programs that support their fitness goals.
Develop Strong Talent
- Assist in training new employees to become confident, knowledgeable team players.
- Build a culture where growth and development are priorities.
Deliver an A+ Member Experience
- Assist members with care, urgency, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Resolve concerns quickly to help maintain a welcoming, community‑centered environment.
Drive Results
- Monitor sales performance and help the team crush monthly goals.
- Contribute creative ideas that support membership growth and retention.
What You Bring
- Experience supervising or managing in fitness, retail, or another people‑focused industry.
- A passion for helping others improve their health and lifestyle.
- Strong communication skills — especially over the phone and in person.
- Customer‑first mindset with the ability to connect and build trust.
- Organizational and time‑management skills that keep you sharp and on track.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or staff development (a plus, not a must!).

Pay: $35,630.00 - $85,320.00 per year
