Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a mixed-age 4year through 5 year classroom with respect, warmth, and presence
- Facilitate predictable rhythms through song, storytelling, hands-on projects, and outdoor exploration
- Prepare the environment with intentional materials that reflect seasonal themes and open-ended play
- Support social-emotional growth through gentle redirection, modeling, and observation and children's literature
- Communicate mindfully and collaboratively with families and team members
- Document children’s learning and contribute to a reflective teaching culture
