Are you looking for a job where you can work independently, stay active outdoors, and make a real difference for customers? Mosquito Joe is hiring dependable, motivated Pest Control Technicians to help families enjoy their yards all season long.
No previous pest control experience? That's okay! We provide paid training at $18 an hour, then once trained you will go up to $20 an hour and will help you obtain the certifications you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Apply mosquito, tick, and flea barrier treatments to residential and commercial properties.
- Apply other pest control treatments as needed
- Perform property inspections and identify areas where pests thrive.
- Educate customers on our services and answer basic questions.
- Drive a company vehicle between service locations.
- Maintain accurate treatment records using our mobile app.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stop.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently while managing your daily route.
- Pest control certification is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person.
