Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Technician to join our team in the Nashville area.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Lead and oversee service and installation jobs
- Mentor junior technicians
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Follow all safety and code requirements
- Complete accurate paperwork and service records
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Preferred:
- Previous lead tech experience
- NATE certification
