You are comfortable leading a team of 8–13 employees, coaching performance, holding standards, and making decisions that support both short-term results and long-term growth. Core Responsibilities You'll OwnLeadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Recruit, onboard, and develop future leaders
- Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews
- Create accountability through clear expectations and consistent follow-up
- Foster a positive, growth-focused culture built on excellence and ownership
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, performance, and guest care
Business Growth & KPI Ownership
- Drive growth across all studio KPIs
- Monitor and improve revenue performance
- Increase bundle sales and retail sales
- Improve guest retention and rebooking percentages
- Drive new guest acquisition and referral growth
- Analyze studio performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Execute company initiatives and strategic goals
Operations & Guest Experience
- Ensure operational excellence and studio standards
- Deliver a consistent luxury guest experience
- Maintain brand standards and company policies
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operations
- Resolve guest concerns and support guest recovery efforts
- Maintain inventory, retail presentation, and studio organization

Compensation & GrowthBase Salary
$48,000 annually
Performance Incentives
In addition to base compensation, Studio Leaders are eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses tied to key business metrics, including:
- Revenue growth
- Guest retention
- Retail performance
- Bundle sales
- Operational excellence
- Overall studio performance
Leaders who consistently achieve and exceed studio goals have the opportunity to earn total annual compensation of up to $65,000+.
