Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time day shift position (7AM–7PM) at our skilled nursing facility in the Silverton area of Cincinnati, OH.

As a Day Shift LPN, you will play a key role in providing direct clinical care, supporting resident well-being, and ensuring exceptional standards of nursing practice across the facility.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and assess resident condition, reporting changes and documenting care accurately
Provide wound care, vital signs monitoring, and ongoing clinical support
Supervise and support CNAs to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care outcomes
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility standards
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
