Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate Sales & Customer Service Representative / Auto Glass Warehouse Associate to support our customers and daily warehouse operations. This hands-on position involves assisting customers with auto glass identification and orders, processing sales, maintaining inventory, preparing products, and making deliveries when needed. The ideal candidate will have auto glass or automotive parts experience, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, messages, and orders
- Provide pricing and availability for auto glass products
- Identify windshields and other glass using part numbers
- Process customer orders and coordinate pickups and deliveries
- Build strong relationships with auto glass shops and technicians
- Receive, organize, load, and unload auto glass safely
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Make local deliveries when needed
- Assist with all other warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- Auto glass industry experience is preferred
- Sales and customer service experience
- Knowledge of auto glass parts and numbers
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
- Willingness to perform sales, customer service, warehouse, and delivery duties
- Ability to safely lift and handle automotive glass
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus

Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience.
