YPO Miami Gold—one of the most dynamic and globally diverse YPO Gold chapters—is seeking an exceptional Chapter Manager to join our team.
This role is designed for a highly polished, proactive operator who thrives in a high-performance, member-driven environment. The Chapter Manager will partner closely with the Chapter Director and the Chapter leadership to drive engagement, elevate the member and spouse/partner experience, and ensure seamless execution across all Chapter initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, strategic executor, and trusted advisor—capable of operating at both a tactical and strategic level while supporting a sophisticated membership base of CEOs, founders, and industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Chapter Growth
- Partner with the Chapter Director, Chapter Officers and Board to execute strategic priorities aligned with engagement, retention, and long-term growth
- Analyze member feedback and participation trends to continuously refine the Chapter’s value proposition
- Support membership lifecycle management, including onboarding, integration, and retention strategies
- Strengthen the Chapter’s brand positioning as a best-in-class YPO Gold Chapter through innovative programming and member experience
Board & Officer Support
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to Chapter leadership, including the Chapter Chair and Officer group
- Develop board meeting agendas, manage follow-ups, and ensure execution of key initiatives
- Drive continuity through officer transitions by maintaining institutional knowledge and best practices
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across leadership, members, and the broader YPO network
Member & Spouse/Partner Experience
- Design and deliver a high-touch, curated experience for members and spouses/partners across all touchpoints
- Oversee approximately 40+ annual events, including signature experiences, engagement lunches, family programming, and spouse/partner events
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement, increase participation, and enhance peer-to-peer connectivity
- Ensure every interaction reflects the Chapter’s commitment to excellence, relevance, and meaningful connection
Operations & Administration
- Assist with all Chapter communications across email, WhatsApp, Chapter platforms, and event touchpoints
- Maintain organizational systems, governance records, and operational workflows
- Ensure alignment with YPO standards, policies, and best practices
- Coordinate seamlessly with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to execute Chapter initiatives
Financial Oversight
- Manage Chapter budget, dues collection, and financial processes with a high level of accuracy and accountability
- Provide regular financial reporting and insights to Chapter leadership
- Support financial planning and ensure sustainable allocation of resources aligned with Chapter priorities
Events & Programming Execution
- Assist with overseeing end-to-end execution of all Chapter events, including venue selection, contracts, logistics, and on-site management
- Deliver exceptional, high-caliber experiences that reflect the expectations of a world-class membership base
- Track attendance, engagement metrics, and post-event feedback to inform future programming
- Collaborate with Officers to ensure content is compelling, relevant, and aligned with Chapter themes
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in operations, membership organizations, executive support, or similar high-level roles
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, boards, and high-performing communities
- Strong background in event execution, communications, and organizational leadership support
- Experience within YPO or similar membership-based or leadership organizations strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to operate independently

Other Requirements
- Availability for evening and weekend events as required
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Occasional travel may be required
Compensation
Competitive and commensurate with experience, aligned with the expectations of a high-impact leadership support role.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
