Community Outreach Associate

We are currently seeking a Community Outreach Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, business development, fundraising, marketing, or management. No prior experience is required—we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities for motivated individuals.
What You'll Do
- Represent nonprofit partners at community events, retail promotions, outreach campaigns, and fundraising activations
- Engage directly with community members to share information about important causes and programs
- Build positive relationships with supporters, donors, and community stakeholders
- Educate the public about nonprofit initiatives and encourage financial support through fundraising campaigns
- Assist with event setup, campaign execution, and promotional activities
- Track outreach results and help achieve campaign goals
- Collaborate with team members to improve communication, leadership, and fundraising performance
- Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, public speaking, leadership, and professional development
