Experienced Account Resolution Professional
In-Office only ● Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
$2500.00 Sign on bonus (dependent on experience)
Up to $27.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a professional and courteous manner.
· Collect on delinquent accounts across bank, retail and credit union portfolios.
· Negotiate payment arrangements, and work with consumers to resolve outstanding account issues.
· Conduct account research, reconciliation, and detailed documentation of collection activities.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and company regulations and policies.
· Meet or exceed established productivity, quality and performance goal.

Responsibilities:
· Minimum 4 years of collections experience REQUIRED.
· Previous experience in bank, retail, or credit union collections preferred.
· Prior call center experience strongly preferred.
· Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong computer proficiency, including accurate typing and data entry skills.
· Experience with skip tracing and account location techniques is a plus.
· Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus.
Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
