Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing retail environment.
- Oversee payroll processing, cash handling, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain inventory control through purchasing, stock replenishment, and stock rotation to maximize sales opportunities.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies and pricing policies to attract customers and boost sales.
- Monitor store performance metrics, manage shift schedules, and ensure operational efficiency at all times.
Skills
- Proven management experience within the retail industry with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Skilled in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for retail math calculations.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, payroll, and inventory control.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training staff, and managing retail sales teams effectively.
- Knowledge of retail industry standards including merchandising, pricing strategies, and operational management.
