Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person settings and through outside sales efforts to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct effective negotiations to close sales and secure long-term client relationships
- Manage sales tasks, including processing transactions, updating records, and maintaining accurate customer information
- Utilize analysis skills to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies for targeted marketing campaigns
- Provide comprehensive customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Support initiatives by reaching out to customers and following up on leads in a professional manner
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade diverse clients
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with a broader customer base
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for engaging clients and collaborating with team members
- Experience in sales administration, benefits benefits administration or marketing is advantageous
