We need a reliable, hard-working team member who can help us maintain proper cleanliness in our kitchen and restaurant. Shifts available: Mon-Sat 9:30 am-2:30 pm. Must have reliable transportation and attendance.

Primary Cleaning Duties
- Warewashing: Scrub, rinse, and wash plates, silverware, pots, pans, and glasses either by hand or using an industrial dishwasher.
- Sanitization: Ensure all items are properly sanitized according to health codes and food safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assemble, break down, and clean the commercial dishwashing machine throughout the shift.
- Storage: Sort, stack, and store clean items in their designated cupboards, shelves, or serving stations.
Kitchen Organization & Sanitation
- Dish Pit Management: Keep the dishwashing area organized, free of clutter, and dry to ensure a safe workflow.
- Floor Care: Sweep, scrub, and mop kitchen floors, including walk-ins and floor drains.
- Waste Management: Monitor, empty, and clean trash and recycling receptacles throughout the shift and at closing.
- Surface Cleaning: Wipe down walls, work tables, and assist in sanitizing cooking stations.
Support & Operational Tasks
- Restocking: Bring fresh supplies like dishes, utensils, or dry goods to the front-of-house serving areas.
- Deliveries: Assist the back-of-house team with unloading delivery trucks and properly storing food and supplies.
- Food Prep: Provide basic assistance to chefs and line cooks, such as peeling or chopping vegetables.
