Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
- Serve food items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety standards
- Assist in food handling, basic math calculations for retail math accuracy, and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
