Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards
- Oversee budgeting processes for nursing departments, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost management
- Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth
- Lead personnel management initiatives including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and safety protocols to uphold quality standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care strategies and improve clinical outcomes
- Provide instructional leadership in education by supporting ongoing training programs and professional development opportunities for nursing staff
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and high morale
Requirements
- Proven experience in education administration or school administrative director roles is highly desirable
- Extensive management experience within healthcare or educational settings with strong personnel management skills
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and budgeting within complex organizational structures
- Leadership experience in university or higher education environments is preferred
- Strong background in teaching or instructional leadership in education settings
- Exceptional team management abilities with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or Healthcare Administration strongly preferred
- Valid nursing license in good standing with relevant regulatory bodies

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
