About Building Blocks Learning Center
At Building Blocks Learning Center, we believe every child deserves a safe, loving, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. We are passionate about creating meaningful relationships with children and families while providing high-quality early childhood education through hands-on learning and play.
At Building Blocks, we believe in supporting one another, celebrating successes, and creating a workplace where both children and teachers can thrive. Our team is guided by our core values of Family, Mindset, Trustworthiness, Excellence, and JOY, and we strive to live out those values every day.
We're looking for caring, dependable teachers who love working with children and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Rather than hiring for one specific classroom, our teachers are cross-trained and may work with infants, toddlers, preschool, or school-age children based on the needs of the center. Flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in where needed are essential to helping us provide the best care for every child.
Job Summary
Building Blocks Learning Center is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Teacher to join our team. In this role, you'll help create a positive, nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.
As a member of our teaching team, you'll work alongside fellow educators to provide quality care and education while building strong relationships with children and families. Teachers are cross-trained throughout the center and may be assigned to different classrooms as enrollment and staffing needs change.
