Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed diligently
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain optimal hygiene standards
- Maintain cleaning equipment by regularly inspecting and reporting any issues or repairs needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures is preferred but not required
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
