Leasing Specialist Job Description
Crosspointe Management Group, a leading property management company in Tyler TX is seeking a leasing specialist. This position will be responsible for the leasing process for an assigned group of residential properties. In general, the assigned tasks are showing properties, responding to prospect inquiries, processing applications, and preparing leases but other duties may be assigned.
Position is full time, in office.
The position requires a real estate license or willingness to obtain a license within the first 180 days of employment. All licensing expenses paid by company.
The ideal candidate will have leasing or property management experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
