We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Home Theater Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will install TVs, home theater systems, soundbars, surround sound speakers, and perform pre-wire installations for residential and commercial customers. This position focuses on quality installation and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
● Mount flat-screen TVs securely on drywall, brick, stone, and other surfaces.
● Install home theater systems, soundbars, and surround sound speakers.
● Install in-wall, in-ceiling, and outdoor speakers.
● Perform pre-wire installations for new construction and remodeling projects.
● Run and secure low-voltage wiring, including:
● HDMI
● CAT5e/CAT6
● Speaker wire
● Coaxial cable
● Install TV back boxes, recessed power kits, cable management systems, and wall plates.
● Conceal wires for clean, professional installations whenever possible.
● Assemble and install TV stands and entertainment centers as needed.
● Test equipment to ensure it powers on and all connections are working properly.
● Keep job sites clean and organized.
● Communicate professionally with customers and maintain a positive attitude.
● Follow company safety guidelines and installation standards.
Qualifications
● Experience mounting TVs, installing speakers, or performing low-voltage wiring is preferred but not required.
● Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools safely.
● Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders.
● Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces.
● Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Reliable transportation to and from work.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Must submit to a criminal background check and drug testing
