The Sales Account Manager engages with our business clients in person to understand their communication needs, then showcases how AT&T Business can streamline their operations.
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll fuel Austin’s business growth by introducing scalable AT&T Business solutions to our business clients. By aligning technology with their evolving goals, the Sales Account Manager creates tailored sales strategies that foster loyalty and drive measurable results across every account lifecycle through dedicated sales and support.
Role Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager
- Manage and develop business accounts by presenting AT&T Business connectivity solutions through consultative sales engagements.
- Assess business communication environments, network usage, and operational priorities to build customized account strategies.
- Coordinate account onboarding by supporting service implementation, wireless activations, internet deployment scheduling, and documentation accuracy.
- Present business fiber, wireless mobility, cloud-based voice, and productivity solutions using customer-focused sales conversations.
- Increase account growth by recommending network enhancements, additional wireless lines, business internet upgrades, and connected technologies.
- Build trusted client relationships through regular account reviews, solution optimization, and ongoing sales support.
