Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and optimal functioning of swimming pools and related equipment. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of pool cleanliness, performing equipment repairs, and conducting routine inspections to keep pools in pristine condition. Responsibilities
- Perform regular pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls and tiles and balancing chemical levels to ensure safe and sparkling water quality
- Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues early
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace faulty equipment efficiently and safely
- Maintain detailed records of service visits, chemical treatments, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems with pool systems and execute repairs or coordinate with specialists when necessary
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure personal safety and compliance with industry standards
- Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures for pools as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in pool maintenance, cleaning or related service technician roles preferred but not a prerequisite
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
- Highly responsibe with company truck and equipment with a valid drivers license
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for record keeping and inspections
- Strong understanding of chemical balancing and water chemistry principles
- Prior experience with maintenance tasks or service technician roles has an advantage

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
