Heartland Ambulance Service is seeking 'contract' Paramedics that are available for a 13-week travel contract. This will be a temporary position that includes housing in Midwest.
Heartland Ambulance Service is a 911 & IFT provider, our trucks are staffed with both local and contract people. We are seeking Paramedics to work on our ambulances. You will either be on a 12-hour shift or 24-hour shift.
Requirements:
- Must have NREMT-P or compact state license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must have a current ACLS
We will assist in obtaining reciprocity with Indiana, the process is fast.
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Paramedic
Housing is provided for the term of the contract. Paramedics will work 12 hours on 12 hours off, everyday for 13 weeks straight OR 24 hours on, 24 hours off, for 13 weeks straight. You will work 168 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks). The pay is every other Friday and is W2. Gross pay is $2650 per week or $5300 per pay period.
