1. Must have a Class A CDL
2. Must be at least 23 years of age
3. Must pass physical, road test and drug screen
4. Must have a clean MVR (last 3 years)
5. No more than 3 violations on PSP
6. Minimum 2 years OTR experience in the last 3 years
7. No positive drug/alcohol test in the last 3 years
8. No DUI/DWI in the last 3 years
9. No felonies in last 3 years
