Duties
The Primary RN/Project Coordinator leads clinical operations for the mobile health unit, serving as the sole on-site clinical provider. This role is responsible for transporting the mobile unit to community deployment sites, managing daily operations, conducting patient assessments and screenings, providing direct nursing care and care coordination, and delivering mobile health services. Clinical responsibilities include chronic disease screenings, wound care, and facilitating telehealth visits with remote providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's Degree in Nursing with 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina.
- Valid South Carolina Driver's License and ability to provide proof of a clear driving record. Ability to safely operate a mobile health vehicle.
- Ability to lift and transport equipment and supplies and perform the physical demands associated with mobile clinical operations.
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
