Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, validate, and distribute recurring operational reports.
- Ensure all assigned reports are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
- Review report data completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections with appropriate departments.
- Maintain reporting schedules, templates, and documentation.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all data and reporting.
- Review operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support root cause analysis efforts when reporting reveals exceptions or concerns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic Data Entry
- Basic Computer Skills
