About the Position
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Phone Repair Technician to provide on-site smartphone repair services. Unlike a traditional repair shop, you don't need to stay in the store waiting for customers.
When a customer books a repair, we'll send you the customer's address. You simply drive to the location, complete the repair, collect payment if needed, and continue with your day. Between appointments, you're free to relax at home, run errands, or spend your time however you like.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations for scheduled repair appointments.
- Perform iPhone and Samsung repairs, including:
- Screen replacements
- Battery replacements
- Charging port repairs
- Camera replacements
- Speaker and microphone repairs
- Other common smartphone repairs
- Test the device before and after the repair.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Keep your repair tools and parts organized.
- Report completed jobs through our system.

Requirements
- Experience repairing iPhones and Samsung phones.
- Ability to perform screen replacements in approximately 15–30 minutes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic smartphone troubleshooting skills.
- Professional appearance and good communication skills.
- Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a phone repair shop.
- Knowledge of Face ID, charging, and camera troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose hardware issues.
Compensation
- Competitive pay (hourly, per repair, or commission—based on experience).
