Avielle Haven is looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our PRN staffing team. This position is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours, extra income, or the ability to pick up shifts around another job or school schedule.
PRN caregivers help provide coverage for vacations, call-offs, open shifts, and other staffing needs. There is no guaranteed set schedule, but opportunities to work may be available on first, second, third shift, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with personal care, toileting, dressing, bathing, and mobility
Providing supervision and assistance with activities of daily living
Helping with meals, light housekeeping, and resident needs
Providing respectful, compassionate care in a home-like environment
Following resident care plans and facility policies
Communicating concerns or changes in residents to management
What we’re looking for:
Dependable and able to arrive for accepted shifts as scheduled
Willing to pick up open shifts when available
Caring, patient, and comfortable working with older adults and individuals needing assistance
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous caregiving experience preferred, but we will consider the right candidate
Must meet all requirements for employment in an Adult Foster Care setting
Schedule: PRN / as-needed. You provide your general availability, and we contact you when shifts become available. You are not required to accept every shift; however, we are specifically looking for people who regularly want and are able to pick up additional hours.
Pay: $15/hour, with applicable shift differentials.
