PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Position Summary
The LPN supports clinical care delivery under the supervision of an RN, ensuring safe and effective day-to-day medical support. PRN LPN needed to work as needed, up to 30 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and basic treatments
- Must have IV Certification
- Experience with Behavioral Health and/or Substance Use Disorders is preferred
- Monitor vital signs and report changes
- Wound care experience required
- Document care activities and client progress
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Experience in long-term care, community health, or similar settings preferred
Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
